We use security measures to protect your data, including encryption for data transmission and secure storage practices. We adhere to the guidelines outlined in India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 in collecting, processing and storing data provided to AmplifiU.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Content deleted from an account will be permanently removed from our servers after a period of time.

9. Geolocation Data

We log IP addresses for security and fraud prevention. This data is retained while your account is active and is used to monitor access to the platform.

We collect browsing data to analyse and improve our services. This includes information about your device, browser and interactions with our website. We use this data to optimise user experience and for security purposes.

AmplifiU is committed to the ethical and responsible use of AI in education. Our AI technologies are designed to augment, not replace, human educators. We respect user privacy and data ownership and do not use user data to train unrelated AI models.

14. Data Location

Our operations are based in India and Australia. We collect and store data in regional and local cloud services. For AI inferencing, some data may be sent to OpenAI and other established AI providers in the United States for processing. By using the platform or providing personal information, you consent to this transfer.

15. Third-Party Services

• Amazon Web Services: cloud services provider.
• OpenAI APIs and Anthropic APIs: AI service providers.
• Google Analytics: optional website analytics service provider. On amplifiu.com, we load Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits and interactions such as resource and demo-link clicks. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Website analytics does not confirm a completed Microsoft Bookings appointment.
• We use third-party subprocessors such as cloud computing and analytics services to provide our services.

16. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
